Adong Carolyn Rose explains briefly why accessibility is so important. Carolyn is leading the Accessibility Audit Team as they go around the Gulu Municipality grading buildings and services on their ease of access. The team was trained by Survivor Corps and has carried out audits at more than 30 sites across the Gulu and Amuru districts in Northern Uganda.
